We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Liaison (SNF) to serve as a vital bridge between our marketing team and senior care facilities, specifically Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns tailored to SNFs, utilizing digital marketing strategies such as SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage advertising sales efforts by creating compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining ongoing relationships with healthcare providers and facility administrators.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms including WordPress websites, social media channels like Facebook Advertising, and print advertising materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and healthcare market needs to inform targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align messaging with service offerings and develop promotional materials that resonate with B2B audiences.
- Coordinate with creative teams to design visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite for digital ads, print collateral, and social media content.
- Manage budgets for campaigns, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources across all marketing activities.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing landing pages using HTML and WordPress skills to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and advertising sales.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies within the healthcare or senior care industry is highly desirable.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience in research-driven marketing approaches to identify opportunities within the healthcare sector.
