We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product & Trade Marketing Coordinator to drive the seamless execution of our new product introductions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will be the core collaborator, managing complex timelines, coordinating cross-functional partners, and ensuring all go-to-market plans are flawlessly deployed. This role will be based out of New York, and will be hybrid (in office Tuesday - Thursday).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support development of product concepts with Product Development to build a competitive 5 year innovation calendar and pipeline.
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Product Marketing to drive innovation and product marketing strategy aligned to VBB’s long term vision
- Identify whitespace opportunities through market, social & trend research and complete a monthly competitive launch summary & trend report
- Conduct data, market, and consumer research to build business cases for NPD.
- Manage competitive pricing analysis for new innovation and support pricing strategy for NPD
- Be an integral partner in the ideation and development of all GWPs, insert cards, and saleable items, managing the full process from concept through approvals, execution, and launch
- Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly presentations for leadership meetings, gathering all updates and information needed for productive meetings
- Prepare and regularly update GTM and Market Meeting decks, ensuring cross functional partners have the tools needed for launch execution
- Support management of COGs across vendors, maintain accurate inputs for upcoming launches, and assist Senior Manager in getting POs approved and placed with Operations teams
- Provide weekly and monthly online sales performance analysis for internal meetings
- Assist in the communication and execution for promotional GWPs, saleable items, packaging, and insert cards etc.. in partnership with vendors
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing bundles by assessing performance, incorporating new innovation monthly, and lead the briefing for copy and asset creation
- Coordinate project management across Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance and External Vendors
- Manage all samples and collateral samples in our PM closets, keeping track of approvals, rejections, etc
- Manage retailer SKU setup, maintain the Master SKU database, and ensure NLF forms are updated with all newness; partner closely with Wholesale on timelines and requirements
- Collaborate with Creative & Trade Marketing to meet retailer timelines for assets and copy
- Lead the PDP copy process, from briefing the Copywriter and managing approvals across Product Marketing and Innovation to final delivery in NLF forms
Experience
- At least 2 years of beauty marketing experience
- Highly effective in organization, prioritization, and project management
- Excellent communication skills and response time
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast paced environment while also being collaborative when needed
- Have a can-do attitude!
- Experience in luxury beauty is preferred

Salary Range: The Salary Range for this position is $60K to $70K, with exact salary depending on the location, prior work experience, and the assessment for one's fit of the role.
