This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planner located in New Brighton, MN. The Financial Planner will work closely with senior planners and clients to develop personalized financial plans, manage investment portfolios, and provide strategies for retirement planning and financial goal achievement. The role requires conducting financial assessments, analysing clients' financial situations, and recommending tailored solutions. Collaboration with colleagues and staying up to date on industry trends and regulations will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Personal Financial Planning
- Certification as a Certified Financial Planner is highly valued, but not required
- Knowledge in Finance and Retirement Income Planning strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to develop comprehensive financial strategies
- Work history in a financial planning or accounting field preferred
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools or ability to learn quickly (Examples: EMoney, IncomeLab, Holistiplan, Excel)
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
