This opportunity is an in-office role, based in Kernersville, NC.
Job Description:
This Graphic Production Artist would be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing graphics and images for exhibit and interior design projects. They will work with text, logos, and images to develop layout designs for a variety of clients. The production artist must be able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure. Excellent computer skills are essential. Knowledge of relevant software applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
This position is not remote and will require 40 hours / week in our headquarters facility in Kernersville, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Must be Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong communication skills with clients and managers
- Display a real passion for creativity, curiosity, and problem solving
- Create large format graphics for use in tradeshow exhibits and corporate interiors
- Pre-flight, quality control, color management, and image enhancement of agency submitted graphic files and assets
- Prep final files for various printers in relevant digital formats
- Reformat supplied artwork and photos to project specifications
- Create PDFs for creative and client review
- Retouch, create clipping paths, and make adjustments to image files
- Collect and archive final artwork for potential use in future campaigns
- Create content on tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- January 2026 start date
- In-office position, not hybrid
- Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (Preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Preferred) — InDesign a plus
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- BFA or similar diploma (Preferred)
- 3D and/or CAD software: 2 years (Bonus) – SketchUp proficiency a plus
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client facing role
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong emotional intelligence and an ability to work well under pressure
- Great sense of humor, preferred
