đź’Ľ What You'll Do
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support a talented team of strategists, designers, developers, and account managers. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Managing social media accounts (paid & organic), including scheduling, live events, and analytics
- Editing and updating client websites (copy, images, video, etc.)
- Coordinating email marketing campaigns and drip workflows
- Creating and managing RSVP landing pages for events
- Conducting quality assurance on digital content and managing vendor deliverables
- Reviewing website functionality and content accuracy
- Generating monthly performance reports for social channels
- Helping oversee hosting, domains, and content uploads
- Supporting team efforts with image sourcing and stock photography

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and project management tools
- Experience with email platforms like MailChimp, ConstantContact, or ActiveDemand
- Google certifications are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent experience
