An entertainment organization in New York City is looking to add a new Integrated Marketing Coordinator to their growing team in Manhattan.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: Mid-January
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm EST
- Setting: Onsite (5 days a week)
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of sales communication materials, including strategic narratives, case studies, videos, email marketing, executive presentations, and social content that inform audiences and drive engagement
- Assist the Director of B2B Communications & Strategy on key B2B communications efforts that highlight the company's unique programming offerings and partnerships across the industry
- Help prepare roadshow materials for the revenue organization, including upfront presentations and other external-facing resources
- Assist in managing content for the company's LinkedIn page and Trade Website
- Collaborate cross-functionally with communications, creative, design, brand, research, and strategic marketing teams to ensure a consistent, unified brand voice
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to help inform content and storytelling strategies
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in Communications, Marketing, and/or a related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, and/or a related field
- A strong writer with the ability to Craft Compelling, Audience-specific Short-form and Long-form Content
- Demonstrated passion for the Entertainment and/or advertising industries
- Strong presentation and communications skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and organizational skills
- Ability to conceptualize design, blending creativity and functionality to deliver impactful marketing materials
- Proven track record of developing collaborative relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of projects
