Location: Mt. Sterling, KY
Job Type: Part-Time/Contract, could lead to full time at some point
Compensation: $35–$40/hour + Bonuses

We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to help promote Sunrise Suites, increase awareness across social media, highlight community lifestyle, and support our lease-up efforts.
Role Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the friendly public face of Sunrise Suites across social media and community channels. Your role is to promote the complex, highlight amenities, showcase lifestyle-focused content, and help attract potential residents and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create simple lifestyle ads, apartment tours, and promotional videos
- Talk about Sunrise Suites on camera (optional but strongly preferred)
- Promote the complex across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and local community groups
- Highlight amenities, community features, nearby attractions, and new-build benefits
- Help generate interested leads for leasing
- Represent Sunrise Suites in a positive, welcoming manner
- Share updates, new openings, promotions, and events
- Report weekly activity and performance
- Optional: Attend virtual meetings or training
Qualifications
- Comfortable on camera and speaking confidently
- Experience with social media posting, recording videos, and basic content creation
- Positive, energetic personality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow a content calendar
- Experience in leasing, real estate, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required
Compensation
- $35–$40 per hour
- Bonus pay for each qualified lead/message generated
- Additional incentives for successful lease signings driven by your content
