We are an innovative AI Startup building a cutting-edge customer engagement team. We are looking for a CRM Manager to architect our systems, manage data, and drive growth through automated and manual outreach.

Responsibilities
- HighLevel Architecture: Architect and manage the full CRM ecosystem within HighLevel (GHL) to ensure seamless lead tracking, tagging, and pipeline management.
- Outreach Execution: Execute high-volume daily customer outreach using a mix of AI automation and manual strategies (Email, SMS, Voice) to nurture leads.
- Automation: Create and maintain sophisticated automation workflows (snapshots, triggers, drip campaigns) to streamline operations and reduce manual input.
- Consultation: Consult with potential clients to assess their needs and demonstrate how our AI solutions can revolutionize their business.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to securing new business partnerships.
Requirements
- GHL Expertise: Strong familiarity with HighLevel (GHL) is mandatory. You must know your way around snapshots, triggers, and sub-accounts.
- Experience: 2+ years of CRM management experience.
- Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of AI tools, automation workflows, and lead generation techniques.
- Track Record: Proven ability to manage customer outreach campaigns and analyze data to optimize conversion rates.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical prospects.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: Competitive hourly rate between $30-40/hr. (depending on experience).
- Commission: Additional compensation will be discussed for new clients directly brought in by this person
