OVERVIEW
Join our dynamic interior design team as an Interior Design Assistant, where your creativity and technical skills will help bring inspiring spaces to life! This position offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate on innovative projects, develop your expertise in interior design, and support our team from concept to completion. You will play a vital role in assisting with design development, project coordination, and client presentations, all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist lead designers with project development and execution
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and client proposals
- Support in sourcing furniture, finishes, and materials
- Create and update drawings, layouts, and renderings using AutoCAD, CHief Architect, and/or SketchUp
- Edit and enhance visuals with Photoshop for client presentations
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and organizational systems
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and/or Chief Architect
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail
- Personable and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving and project support
- Weekend availability

Pay: $47,536.46 - $57,248.21 per year
