Responsibilities
- Resolve and follow up on technical issues at the production site, and develop product improvement plans and strategies;
- Production and updating of technical documents such as SOP and process document;
- Optimizing product processes, reducing production costs, and improving product quality;
- Design and confirmation of fixtures and spare parts;
- Production technology training and guidance for production operators on skill operation and defect control;
- Work hour evaluation and production performance evaluation;
- Handling and improvement of defective products;
- Product improvement design, confirmation of alternative materials;
- Production process execution inspection and continuous optimization of processes to meet customer requirements;
- Strictly control the use and modification of technical documents during the production process;
- Participate in the trial production and mass production evaluation of new products;
- Participate in the feasibility assessment of new samples;
- Organize meetings to analyze and review defective products and defect rates;
- Regularly conduct process technology analysis and quality analysis, and develop preventive measures
Skills
- Educational background: Hold a bachelor's degree or above in materials science, polymer science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
- Deep technical experience in the wire and cable industry,at least 3-5 years;
- Proficient in the design principles, manufacturing processes (such as drawing, extrusion, twisting, braiding, and cabling), and equipment of wires and cables.
- Familiarize oneself with the properties and applications of materials related to wires and cables, such as copper conductors, aluminum conductors, PVC, XLPE, TPE, rubber, auxiliary materials for wires and cables, packaging materials, etc.
- Possess DOE (Experimental Design), statistical analysis, and problem-solving abilities (such as 6Sigma, 8D, FMEA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels, customers, and suppliers in technical communication.
- Possess design, development, and manufacturing experience in UL83, UL44, UL1277, UL2882, UL62, UL758, SAE J1127/J1128 cables.
- Have experience in patent writing or intellectual property management.
- Proficient in CAD or other design software (such as UG, CREO, SolidWorks) and project management tools.
- Proficient in communicating, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
