Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Maintenance Engineering (other disciplines considered with experience).
- 5+ years in mechanical engineering; food/sugar processing preferred.
- Mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, CAE/CAM, and design tools (AutoCAD, ProE).
- Preventive/predictive maintenance, RCA, Lean Six Sigma, failure analysis.
- MATLAB, Excel, Power BI, Python, LabView, ANSYS.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and ability to engage all staff levels.
- Develop and maintain RCA programs, equipment logs, and reliability data.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver KPIs, reports, and presentations to justify program and asset costs.
- Optimize work practices, documentation, and training to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Provide solutions in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- SAP-HANA, CMMS, and materials management.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
