Position Title: Marketing Associate, Full-Time
Location: Stephenville, TX
Job Function: Responsible for the marketing of products and services to consumers through the development of social media and digital campaigns while strategizing with different business departments. The marketing associate will work to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Hendershot Equipment while managing various digital channels to reach target audiences and achieve business goals. Helpful job skills include active listening, creativity, very strong communication skills (both verbal and written), decision-making skills, and ability to manage tasks efficiently and stick to strict deadlines.
Essential Duties:
- Developing and implementing Digital Marketing Strategies
- Social Media Marketing
- In-store Marketing
- Email Marketing
- CRM management
- Updating Inventory across several platforms
- Taking/Cataloging Equipment Pictures
- Graphic Design for print & web
Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Spark or other graphic design programs
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Photography/Editing
- Graphic Design

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
