Position Overview
We are seeking a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers opportunities for advancement into leadership positions for individuals with the right skills and drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structures in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood framing.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Utilize structural analysis software and BIM tools for project execution.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an ABET-accredited program. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a structural engineering consulting environment.
- Licensure: EIT required for candidates with 3–5 years of experience; PE or SE preferred for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in REVIT and structural software such as RISA, ETABS, SAP2000.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Compensation: Competitive salary $85,000 – $115,000 per year, plus bonus potential and comp time benefits.
