What you will do:
- Lead product development and trials
- Develop programs for product engineering
- Assess demands and project deadlines
- Coordinate and prioritize customer requests
- Continuous improvement of development processes
- Collaboration with operational support including production, planning, quality, and sales
- KPI reporting and analysis
Skills needed for success:
- 4-year Chemical Engineering or similar degree and experience
- 3 years' experience in plastic films manufacturing
- Experiencing leading and managing teams and projects
