Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Engineer specializing in various Water Treatment technologies to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess experience in project management, technical problem solving skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit in support of a critical customer base. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of water treatment projects, ensuring adherence to project scope and schedule, with excellent customer communication.
- Identify potential project obstacles and present strategies/tactics to avoid customer impact.
- Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage the submittal review and approval process to minimize time and frustration for all stakeholders.
- Proactively provide progress reports to all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Visit with customer and/or vendors in person, as necessary, to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Manager internal projects, as necessary, including bench and pilot testing, equipment design and manufacturing, and vendor relationships.
Skills and Experience
- Experience with various water/wastewater treatment technologies.
- Strong background in project management and scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders efficiently.
- Strong technical/engineering aptitude.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
