We currently have an opening for Plantscape Technician to service indoor tropical plants for commercial buildings. The route services offices from San Jose north up the Peninsula to Brisbane. Work is to be done Monday - Friday.
Work to be performed during our clients standard business hours (generally between 6:00am - 5:00pm). This is a full-time position.

Job duties include: driving to and between your assigned accounts following a provided schedule, caring for plants on site at customer accounts where you will water, dust, trim, prune, replace and check the soil moisture levels of indoor and outdoor potted plants.
Each account and route is assigned to a single Technician, who will be driving and working alone most of the time. The position can be physically demanding. Because of this, candidate must be able to perform varied physical tasks. Some of the physical tasks of this job include: prolonged periods of time spent sitting, operating a motor vehicle, walking, standing and pushing/pulling carts and water tanks; grasping/use of pruners, scissors and other hand tools; carrying, lifting, filling and using water buckets; lifting, carrying and using lstep ladders; loading and unloading plants, water tanks, materials and supplies into a vehicle; reaching overhead to trim and dust; crouching; bending; stooping; kneeling; loading and unloading plants, material, supplies and other items into/out of your assigned vehicle.
Because we provide use of a company vehicle, a current Drivers License and good driving record is a must (employees must be accepted under our insurance policy). In order to take the vehicle home, candidate must have an area to keep the vehicle overnight.

Salary: $18.00 to $23.00 /hour
