Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to drive sales growth across our portfolio of barcode, RFID, mobile computing, and wireless solutions. The ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency, a solid sales background, and a strong understanding of the logistics, manufacturing, retail, or healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions involving barcode systems, RFID technology, mobile computing devices, and wireless infrastructure.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position offerings.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records using CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or solution consulting in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of barcode printing, RFID systems, mobile computing devices (e.g., handheld terminals, rugged tablets), and wireless technology (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and explain them in simple terms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,609.02 - $73,378.60 per year
