We provide everything you need to get started, including a company vehicle, tablet, phone, hands-on training, and quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate window treatment solutions
Accurately measure windows and provide customized product and installation recommendations
Prepare quotes using proprietary software and communicate professionally via email and phone
Manage the full sales cycle from consultation through to final purchase
Maintain a well-organized schedule and operate independently with a high degree of accountability

Qualifications & Attributes

Demonstrated interest in design, home décor, and enhancing residential spaces
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to clearly present products and build client trust
High attention to detail for precise measurements and solution recommendations
Comfortable using technology, including email, Microsoft Office, and custom software platforms
Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings Potential: $70,000–$90,000+
