Patuxent Engineering, LLC is seeking a Structural PE for our Metuchen, New Jersey Office.
Position is an in-office role working with our team of engineers/designers primarily on temporary structure projects.
Work scope shall typically include steel and concrete design, foundations / pilings, stability reviews, and existing structure evaluations as they relate to bracing, shoring, phase transitioning, construction elevator and hoisting applications, as well as construction equipment installation plans for form-work, worker-access, hoisting, cranes, construction elevators, concrete pumps, etc.
The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years relevant experience working with steel and concrete designs for mid to high rise buildings throughout the United States along with project management experience.
Additional preferences for candidate include a Professional Engineer and/or someone working under a PE and/or working towards a Professional Engineer License.
