Position Summary:
Apotheosis Medical Group is seeking a Consultant that is an expert in the setup, implementation, training, operations, billing and all levels of properly utilizing eClinical Works. It is critical that this person has expert level experience to ferret out issues that are occurring. The right person will be well versed in eCW and able to dive deep into the existing set up and ensure that the proper flow and utilization of information is occurring. This includes ensuring that the interfaces are properly working to flow information from outside software to enhance this EMR system, capturing and consistently populating applicable areas to support the billing and receivables process.
This eClinical Works Consultant must have at least 3 years of experience implementing eClinical Works from setup to interface with other software. Medical Billing experience is a plus.
Experience in training providers on the proper utilization of the software is also needed to ensure medical providers are consistently utilizing all features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert level of utilizing eClinical Works Software
- Develop an efficient approach for excellence and ensure all staff are properly trained in its use.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure issues are being timely addressed.
- Work with billing to ensure all elements of the EMR system is complete. Ensuring successful and timely billing for the organization.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency while ensuring resources are properly used.
- Implement a systematic approach in professional development with medical providers to ensure they are current with all facets of the software.
- Be dependable, timely and responsive to leadership's requests.
Qualifications:
- Education: Ongoing training in the use of eClinical Works Software
- Certifications in Information Technology that supports eClinical Works
- Experience: At least 3 years of utilizing eClinical Works in a Medical practice
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Teams
