This role is highly interactive and customer-facing, focused on building relationships, driving brand awareness, and increasing service enrollments. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced sales setting.
Key Duties
- Proactively engage retail customers to promote home improvement services.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to drive service enrollments.
- Actively market and sell brand solutions to store foot traffic.
- Qualify leads through direct consumer interaction.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all retail service promotions and "specials."
- Manage on-site marketing displays to ensure peak brand visibility.
- Record daily sales data and customer engagement metrics accurately.
- Participate in daily strategy sessions to hit regional growth targets.
