We are searching for a driven Entry Level Campaign Assistant to help expand donor bases and strengthen charitable programs in San Antonio. You’ll represent our non-profit partners at events, introduce supporters to fundraising products, and communicate mission-driven messages that inspire giving. Entry Level Campaign Assistant Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with donors and present contribution options through clear mission communication.
- Build strong donor relationships by offering attentive service, understanding supporter motivations, and aligning them with campaign objectives.
- Educate supporters on charity missions, programs, and impact while ensuring messaging is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.
- Assist with event execution, booth operations, onsite logistics, event flow coordination, and maintaining organized presentation areas.
- Support campaign tracking and reporting by documenting contributions, donor conversations, and performance metrics used to refine strategies.
- Ensure consistency of charity messaging across all activities, maintaining professional representation of each partner organization.
- Assist with community outreach efforts to expand donor reach, including mall events, pop-ups, community centers, and special activations.
- Collaborate with fundraising leaders to improve campaign strategies, test new engagement approaches, and contribute to long-term donor development.
Entry Level Campaign Assistant Qualifications:

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
