Overview
Join our team of leaders in Medium and High Voltage Circuit Breakers apparatus industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson with experience, to contribute with our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medium and High Voltage Equipment, with proven experience in sales to Electric Utilities and/or Coops, in addition to a background in Electrical Engineering. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively analyze market trends, develop business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop new pipeline of business nationwide and Canada.
- Plan, manage and establish annual budgets.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Monitors proactively competition and set up price comparisons of core products.
- Track sales activities, managing leads, and generating reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support the sales strategy.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee account management activities to maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- High degree of commitment and willingness to travel within US and Canada.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while achieving business objectives.
Experience
- At least 3 years of sales, marketing, and/or management of medium voltage products.
- Technical understanding, know-how in analyzing and interpreting specifications, drawings and any bidding documents.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
- Experience in dealing with electric coops and utilities.
- Possess an Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technician degree.
