About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property & Casualty Salesperson to join our team and drive growth in our U.S. Property Insurance portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of property insurance products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients protect their assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Educate clients on property insurance options, coverage limits, and policy terms.
- Customize insurance solutions based on client needs and risk profiles.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy comparisons.
- Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products.
- Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in P&C insurance sales, preferably with a focus on property insurance.
- Active P&C insurance license in applicable U.S. states.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. property insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to residential or commercial property owners.
- Multistate licensing or willingness to obtain additional licenses.
