Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in both our Redwood Falls and Willmar locations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic territory management. Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
- Provide ongoing customer service to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos.
- Strong management skills including territory management, lead generation, and account management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, inside sales techniques, and retail or direct sales approaches is a plus.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans.
- Experience in product upselling, technical sales, or managing large accounts is desirable.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $73,885.09 per year
