Overview
The Marketing Coordinators focus will be to create, execute, and maintain successful marketing campaigns for Milford Hills in addition to assisting with the operation of events, and other tasks at the Club. Established in 1996, Milford Hills is a Club rich in history and tradition. Milford Hills sets the standard for upland hunt clubs in the Midwest. This standard should be expressed and visible with marketing campaigns for the company. At the beginning of each calendar year, ten days of paid time off will be awarded. Milford Hills will also pay for expenses approved by management involving marketing, communications, and adobe seminars to continue your marketing growth if brought forth.
Expectations For A Successful Marketing Coordinator
- Experienced take-charge professional with the ability to manage all facets of building, creating, and executing a marketing campaign
- Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with little supervision
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Monitor marketing campaigns to judge performance and analyze metrics
- Work with the other management staff, and event staff for the execution of eventstaking place at the Club
- Take on additional tasks that are in the best interest of the business
Responsibilities
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Assist with developing and managing content on all social media channels, including blogs and public relations efforts
- Send timely responses to posts or messages on various social media channels
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing keymetrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Manager relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timelyexecution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness with the assistance ofthe Director of Operations
- Oversee, and create new material for email marketing to our member list and all othercustomers
- Create, proofread, and edit projects for various marketing channels, ensuring consistentvoice and appearance
- Help capture and create videos for telling the story of Milford Hills and use on Youtube
- After training – marketing ,development, and maintenance of the Milford Hills website
- Create ideas for current and future club events
- Attend and work industry trade shows that are applicable to the business
- Work with Event Manager on creative ideas that translate to our event setup andexecution
- be available for any photo shoots or club sanctioned events ensuring adequate anddetailed photographs are executed for future marketing
- Be available and helpful in the execution of events and weddings taking place at the club
- Perform additional duties assigned by Director of Operations, or owner
- Conduct Market research and identify trends
- Be of help to the check-in desk and helping answer membership questions during thehunt season
- Assist in the answering of phone calls, and give accurate responses
