Schedule:
This is a full-time, field-based role with appointments throughout Eagle, Garfield, Pitkin, Summit, and Routt Counties. Flexibility is key—evenings and weekends are required based on homeowner availability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- In-Home Consultations: Meet with pre-set leads in their homes to understand needs, build rapport, and deliver customized bathroom design solutions
- Product Presentation: Showcase Kohler bath products and other Lifetime offerings in a consultative, educational, and compelling way
- Sales Proposals: Create and present value-driven proposals that meet customer expectations and project budgets
- Customer Experience: Deliver white-glove service from initial meeting through project close, maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience and clear handoffs
- Territory Growth: Promote Lifetime’s Kohler offerings through networking with realtors, event booths, local organizations, and referrals
What You’ll Need:
- Sales Experience: Track record of success in in-home or high-ticket commission-based sales (bath remodeling preferred)
- Independence: Strong self-management and time management skills—you’ll be working in the field with minimal supervision
- Communication: Clear, confident, and customer-focused communicator; Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
- Licensing: Must obtain and maintain any in-home sales license as required by Colorado law
- Mobility: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs for product samples and displays
