Strong Spas is a leading hot tub and spa manufacturer dedicated to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our Marketing Department and are currently hiring for multiple marketing positions, including E-Commerce, Graphic Design, and Senior-Level Marketing Supervisors.

Open Marketing Positions Include:E-Commerce Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online sales channels
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (email campaigns, promotions, paid ads, SEO)
- Monitor performance metrics and sales data to drive growth
- Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of online advertising and performance tracking tools
Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials for digital and print use
- Create graphics for websites, e-commerce listings, social media, and advertisements
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing and branding work
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Marketing Supervisor / Senior Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise marketing team members
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate cross-department efforts with sales and leadership
- Manage timelines, budgets, and performance goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in marketing or related fields
- Strong strategic planning and communication skills
- Experience managing teams and marketing initiatives
