CORE FUNCTIONS
- Maintain Revit content to meet company standards, both domestically and internationally.
- Responsible for updating, refining, developing & implementing project and family templates, along with company shared parameters, ensuring these align with industry and company standards.
- Populate and maintain current fabrication and MEP details.
- Actively engage with the CREW and update standards, design-helps, details, guidelines, etc. according to the CREW direction, including responding to update requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage Unifi platform, including but not limited to, fixing bug reports, QA/QC new content, uploading content, etc.
- Review, answer, and promote BUG reports for standards, guidelines, Unifi, etc.
- Develop and provide training for Revit, AQ, Bluebeam, Enscape, Office suite, Smartsheet and additional software for all new hires.
- Develop and provide ongoing and advanced training in company software for studio teams on a regular basis.
- Populate and maintain training documents, resources, and videos for company software.
- Support studio teams with troubleshooting complex BIM execution plans, complicated BIM templates and/or BIM LOD development strategies.
- Train studio teams and assist with troubleshooting complicated Revit families as needed. Note, this position is NOT responsible for building Revit families for studio teams.
- Perform periodic audits of studio team Revit models, design deliverables and compliance with company standards.
- Stay abreast of industry BIM platforms and digital data trends, such as Dynamo, Twin Motion, Virtual Reality, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Coordinate with the Director of IT and Systems on appropriate hardware and software needs and advise on new technologies needed for an efficient production team.
- Be future looking, innovative, and actively engaged in research to make processes and studio teams more effective and efficient, including automation.
- Perform all administrative tasks within a timely manner, including, but not limited to timesheets, expense reports, budget development, etc.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Extensive experience and technical proficiency with Revit Architecture and other Autodesk platforms.
- Advanced understanding of BIM and Digital Data Management.
- Autodesk professional certification a plus.
- Effectively read and understand equipment cutsheets, manufacturer drawings and then translate these into accurate and complex Revit families. Knowledge of foodservice equipment and/or the foodservice industry a plus.
- Good understanding of architectural project workflows (SD, DD, CD and CA phases), project management and team members (internal and external).
- Understanding various project types and their deliverables.
- Familiarity with additional applications considered a plus (Dynamo, Unifi, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Familiarity with innovative technology a plus (AI, VR, etc.).
- Demonstrates positive attitude with team members and clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to facilitate one-on-one training sessions as well as group conversations.
- Strong teamwork, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced ability to multi‐task and be self-directed.
- A willingness to learn, teach, and travel.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- This is a Denver-based position.
