We’re partnering with a leading advertising agency to find a talented Digital Media Supervisor/Planner. This perm position is a hybrid role in Denver, CO. Agency experience preferred.
Digital Media Supervisor/Planner Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated media strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels that align with client goals and market trends.
- Manage the creation of multichannel media plans, ensuring effective use of data and research tools to drive decisions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, presenting strategies and optimizing media campaigns based on performance insights.
- Oversee campaign implementation, including trafficking, QA, pacing, and delivery, collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Build insightful reports and presentations, translating data into strategic recommendations for future planning and improvement.
Digital Media Supervisor/Planner Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of media planning experience, ideally within an agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms, tools, and metrics; experience with traditional channels is a plus.
- Proficiency with research and planning tools such as MRI-Simmons, Kantar, Comscore, and media ad managers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for client-facing interactions.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing junior team members.
- Highly organized, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
