Sales Assistant (Retail & Brand Partnerships)

TLK Fusion is a nationally recognized retail brokerage, marketing, and brand-building agency working with consumer brands across food, beverage, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle categories. We partner with emerging and established brands to secure retail distribution, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth.
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support our sales and business development team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the world of retail sales, brand partnerships, and brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Assist with email outreach preparation, proposals, and client communications
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and sales documentation
- Help qualify leads and ensure they meet TLK Fusion standards
- Speak with prospects and present TLK Fusion's services
- Assist leadership with ad-hoc sales and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and basic spreadsheets
- Sales support, admin, or agency experience preferred (but not required)
- Interest in retail, consumer brands, sales, or marketing is a plus

Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
