Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager & Software Engineer to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role is essential in developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media management, content creation, video editing, and digital marketing analytics, with a keen eye for branding and visual storytelling.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage daily social media operations, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and engaging with followers.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability and website traffic.
- Analyze web analytics and social listening data using Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage relationships with media outlets, and enhance public perception.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with e-commerce teams to promote products through social media channels effectively.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication.
- Stay updated on industry trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
Qualifications
- Computer Science Degree
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Keyword research, and web analytics tools.
- Experience with social listening platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and overall social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
- Ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences across multiple platforms.
- Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
