As a Coordinator Marketing In House, a typical day will include:
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience and Company Standards:
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Coordinator Marketing In House:
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Physical Ability— Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Work Schedules— Maintain availability to work a fluctuating schedule, based on business needs, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Education, Certification, or Licenses Preferred – No High School Diploma, No G.E.D. Equivalent Needed. Customer Service-related work experience is preferred but not required. Concierge, telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred. A Real Estate License may be required at some locations depending on state laws.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Daily Work Expectations
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible. Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
- Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Make pre- and post-arrival telemarketing calls while offering elevated concierge services to all arriving Owners and guests.
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Engage with hotel guests at lobby desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
Sales
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
