Mass Media Sales Group is a specialized sales and consulting firm working with local businesses to bring them improved telecommunications solutions from our client, AT&T. We are looking for an AT&T Customer Representative to facilitate our business-to-business campaign execution. In this role, the AT&T Customer Representative will be responsible for developing and refining marketing materials that articulate the value proposition of AT&T's enterprise-grade connectivity and technology solutions.
As an AT&T Customer Representative, your attention to detail ensures AT&T Business messaging remains sharp, unified, and client-focused. The AT&T Customer Representative coordinates promotional content for solutions like Business Internet and Secure Cloud, validates creative against brand standards, and supports seamless launches that resonate with commercial decision-makers.
AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Introduce AT&T products and services during knowledgeable, professional sales conversations with local business decision makers.
- Drive brand initiatives by supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of AT&T Business marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency by updating assets, applying compliance standards, and aligning messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, assess competitors, and provide insights that inform positioning strategies.
- Prepare reporting and analysis by compiling sales metrics, budget tracking, and compliance summaries to support decision‑making.
- Collaborate across teams to align marketing, sales, and operations in delivering cohesive AT&T Business brand experiences.
AT&T Customer Representative Education & Experience:
- Experience in brand support, marketing coordination, or sales management is valued; telecom or business services background is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills to articulate AT&T Business initiatives, features, and promotions clearly and confidently.
