Qualifications of Manufacturing Engineer:
- Bachelors Engineer in Engineering OR 3 + Years of CNC Programming/Machining or Manufacturing Engineering/Optimization experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T drawings required
- Experience with CNC programming, machining, tooling, materials, and improving manufacturing processes preferred
- Experience with SolidWorks, Esprit, or similar CAD/CAM software preferred

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Engineer:
- This role involves developing and supporting machining and cold forming processes for custom metal parts
- Responsibilities include creating CNC programs, tooling, and process documentation, optimizing production methods, designing fixtures, and managing routings and BOMs
- Additional duties include providing technical support, working with suppliers, and leading process improvements
- Performing configuration changes, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs
