The Digital Marketing Specialist is key in bridging the gap between our brands and our customers through various marketing channels such as email, social media, and paid digital advertising. The position blends both outside-the-box thinking to create new ideas and concepts for customer engagement and retention, and an analytical mindset to test and analyze data to ensure a return on investment and sustainable profitability of marketing efforts. The role requires the ability to not only follow established methods, but also to bring new and exciting ideas to the table and see them through from concept to reality.
About the Job:
- Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services that apply email automation technology, A/B testing and dynamic content to improve campaign performance.
- Facilitate and own the execution of multiple promotional and brand-driven email efforts
- Analyze performance of email campaigns and makes recommendations to improve deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, lead generation and conversions.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure all deliverables are met in order to meet our sales and marketing goals
- Manage and coordinate manufacturer and internal promotions with sales and e-commerce departments
- Plan, design, and coordinate with graphic designers for needed promotional materials, content and imagery
- Maintain and manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube) for multiple channels. Respond to customer comments and questions or relay to appropriate department
- Plan and direct giveaways, promotions, and other campaigns to increase customer engagement and following, with a strong emphasis on e-mail list building
- Supervise paid CPC advertising (Google, Bing, Facebook, etc) by working with consulting agency to ensure data accuracy, brand message consistency, and maximum return on investment
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- Direct experience with e-mail marketing for retail, particularly utilizing Mailchimp service
- Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form)
- Extreme attention to detail, organized and process focused
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data to drive decision-making processes
- Highly self-motivated, able to conceive and execute projects on your own
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc) is beneficial

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
