About the Role
Leading boutique distressed debt fund is searching for a Real Estate Debt Acquisition Analyst who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and brings a strong sense of ownership to their work. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally self‑motivated — someone who doesn’t wait for direction, but actively seeks opportunities, solves problems independently, and pushes deals forward with confidence and curiosity.
You’ll play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting new investment opportunities across our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, underwriting, and scenario analysis for potential acquisitions
- Perform market research, demographic analysis, and competitive assessments to identify emerging opportunities
- Support deal sourcing by proactively identifying off‑market leads and building broker relationships
- Outreach to brokers, bankers, and banks for acquisition targets
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in due diligence, including property inspections, lease reviews, and coordination with third‑party consultants

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or related analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
