StaffBright is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. This role blends analytical work with hands-on coordination across transportation, inventory, and process improvement initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Optimize and maintain supply chain and logistics processes while supporting the development of new workflows and procedures.
- Analyze inventory, transportation, and operational costs to drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Negotiate and benchmark carrier rates and terms, while reviewing freight documentation and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a key liaison between suppliers, customers, carriers, and brokers, supporting regional teams and new branch setups.
What We Need From You
- 1–2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or analytical role.
- Experience within the automotive industry.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Bachelors Degree
