Overview
The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for the planning and executing of the marketing initiatives and tactics for Oakridge Real Estate. Key responsibilities include serving as the brand steward for the company, leading a team of marketing professionals, overseeing social media, production/layout of agent and home materials, partnering with approved vendor partners to execute marketing efforts, and monitoring results generated through marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Duties
- Serve as the brand steward for the Oakridge brand and logo, answering questions and ensuring agents are utilizing the brand appropriately and consistently.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to Oakridge’s marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
- Keep marketing materials for Oakridge up to date and available.
- Generate customized agent materials (business cards, signature files, yard signs, open house signs, etc) utilizing approved design templates and print vendors.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Facebook (Meta) advertising, including audience targeting, budget management, performance analysis, and data-driven optimization.
- Generate designs for open houses, new listings, and other home sales efforts utilizing approved templates.
- Oversee minor website content updates, including agent listings, special events, and other minor content adjustments.
- In coordination with an established master content calendar, generate and post relevant social media content to preferred platforms and respond to engaged audiences using community management best practices.
- Manage vendor partnerships related to marketing efforts (marketing agency, print vendors, photography vendors, media vendors, etc)
- Help support internal communication efforts to ensure all agents and staff are up-to-date on marketing activities and campaigns.
- Partner with agents to generate monthly content for the Oakridge blog.
- Working with the owners and agents, help coordinate, promote, and execute successful community outreach events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local and regional media.
- Oversee purchasing of media buys (as requested/needed), including design and payment coordination.
- Coordinate and lead marketing committee meetings, including agendas and follow-up action items.
- In collaboration with marketing partners, design and maintain the Oakridge marketing plan.
- Keep up with marketing trends, including digital channels and social media best practices.
- Oversee the promotion of positive client reviews and corporate accomplishments to further the company mission.
- Oversee competitive intelligence efforts, including awareness of local competitors and their relevant campaigns.
- Monitor key marketing metrics, including budget on a regular basis and adjust course as needed.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, responsible for internal and external corporate communications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to design, edit, and prepare marketing materials, while also leveraging Canva for quick-turn, brand-consistent content.
- A customer service mentality when working with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Excellent conceptualization, planning, communication, and proofreading skills
- Excellent eye for visual detail and understanding of brand design principles
- Understanding of message matrices, brand guides, content calendars, and social strategies
- Experience with email campaign platforms and best practices
- Ability to produce visual deliverables within the approved Oakridge brand guidelines
- Understanding of the different visual requirements and limitations of social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions independently

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
