Alpine Ford is actively seeking an elite Automotive Finance Manager with a proven history of high PVR and strong product penetration. This role is for a top producer, not a trainee. If you consistently outperform benchmarks and take pride in running clean, compliant, high-gross deals, we want to talk to you.

What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated high PVR and above-average product penetration
- Confidence presenting and closing F&I products at a high level
- Ability to structure clean, profitable, compliant deals
- Strong lender relationships and sound credit decision-making
- Professional presence with a customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Structure deals for maximum profitability
- Present and sell F&I products with strong penetration and compliance
- Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with all state, federal, and lender guidelines
- Prepare and finalize all finance contracts accurately
- Audit deals post-sale and ensure fast funding
- Maintain title and registration proficiency
- Stay current with certifications and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of Automotive F&I experience (required)
- Verifiable track record of high PVR and strong product performance
- Stable work history — we are looking for career professionals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to confidently ask for the sale and close
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
