We’re currently hiring a Civil Engineer Project Manager for our North Haven or Unionville office. We are seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in site design, stormwater management, and local & state permitting — as well as someone who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to construction — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a variety of land development and site design projects across Connecticut
- Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans using Carlson Software within AutoCAD
- Lead the permitting process with towns, planning & zoning, and state agencies (DEEP, DOT, etc.)
- Coordinate with clients, surveyors, and design staff to keep projects on time and on budget
- Build relationships and help grow our civil engineering practice
What We’re Looking For:
- BS in Civil Engineering (PE preferred or on track to obtain)
- 5+ years of experience in civil/site design and permitting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
