Role Overview
eNGINE is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Analyst to support and enhance enterprise ERP platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and Oracle Fusion technology, with responsibility for optimizing configurations, supporting cloud initiatives, and ensuring solutions align with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, a consultative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted functional advisor across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, guiding configuration and optimization decisions
- Translate business objectives into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions through close collaboration with functional stakeholders
- Contribute to Oracle Cloud programs including system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
- Configure financial and related modules, addressing workflows, user access, integrations, and functional controls
- Support data movement activities such as conversions, inbound/outbound integrations, and enterprise reporting
- Design, enhance, and maintain analytical outputs using Oracle reporting and query tools
- Diagnose functional issues, determine root causes, and coordinate effective resolution strategies
- Manage competing initiatives by balancing delivery timelines, scope considerations, and stakeholder expectations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years working within Oracle ERP environments, including hands-on support of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
- Strong functional background in Oracle Fusion Cloud setup, including business process configuration and reporting
- Experience contributing to Oracle Cloud–based implementations or enhancement projects
- Working proficiency with SQL and Oracle reporting platforms used for operational and financial analysis
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver effective solutions
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Maintenance module experience — candidates with this background will be prioritized
- Experience extending or personalizing Oracle Fusion applications using low-code or UI tools
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models, DevOps concepts, and continuous delivery practices
- Background developing custom reports, interfaces, or extensions within Oracle ecosystems
- Solid understanding of ERP security models, role design, and access governance
- Exposure to Oracle middleware technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST or SOAP-based services
- Hands-on use of Oracle APEX or similar rapid application development tools
