Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Equity Asset Management Analyst, based in Boston, MA. Analysts form the foundation of Longpoint's high-performing team by contributing to the analysis and management of real estate assets. The role offers strong opportunities for mentorship and growth while working closely with Longpoint's Partners and other senior leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a variety of lease analysis models and assist in the valuations process using financial modeling software (Excel/ARGUS)
- Support senior asset managers in executing value-enhancing business plans across all phases of an investment's life cycle
- Prepare detailed Investment Committee materials for both fund-wide performance reviews and major asset transactions
- Lead and support a variety of operational initiatives aimed at enhancing asset performance and operational efficiency
- Conduct market research to assess real estate trends, identify important leasing insights, and inform the Firm's strategic priorities
- Participate in lease negotiations with various brokerage teams and assist in the entire lease process from start to finish as it relates to executing lease documents
