About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to help execute campaigns across paid, owned, and earned digital channels. You’ll work closely with channel owners, creative partners, and analytics to keep campaigns moving, performance tracked, and timelines on course.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Support day-to-day execution of digital marketing across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and more.
- Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and vendors
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing expenses
- Support website QA efforts, including reviewing new pages, forms, tracking, and user flows to ensure functionality and accuracy prior to and after launch.
- Support meeting preparation and follow-ups, including building agendas, capturing notes, tracking action items, and ensuring next steps are clearly documented and executed.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, including monitoring competitor messaging, offers, channels, and digital experiences, and sharing summaries with the team.
- Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and documentation (e.g., briefs, specs, UTM naming).
- Ensure brand and compliance standards are met across all executions.
- Support ad hoc projects and process improvements as the team scales.
Your Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related coordination role (internships count).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional partners.
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets; able to interpret basic performance metrics.
- Familiarity with common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced team.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting paid media or performance marketing teams.
- Exposure to CRO, analytics, or marketing operations.
- Experience working with agencies or external vendors.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 on a full-time basis
- Along with base salary, your position may qualify for additional bonuses
- This position is eligible for the Company’s bonus plan(s)
