We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who knows how to generate leads, increase visibility, and turn attention into real sales not just vanity metrics.
What You’ll Do
This role owns our digital presence and lead generation efforts:
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads)
- Create and schedule organic content (social media, reels, photos, short videos)
- Track, analyze, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and basic SEO
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and close rates
- Manage email marketing and follow-up campaigns
- Test new strategies, creatives, and audiences regularly
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who understands marketing as a revenue tool, not just branding.
- Proven experience running paid digital ads
- Strong understanding of lead funnels & conversion tracking
- Comfortable working with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data and make smart decisions from it
- Self-starter who takes ownership and accountability
- Experience in automotive, RV, trailer, or high-ticket sales marketing is a big plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
