General Summary
The
Marketing Assistant is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing projects.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our
NYC office and requires working on-site.
Major Responsibilities
- Identify and define brand voice and aesthetic to establish a strong online presence across select retailers
- Partner with sales representatives to identify key seasonal styles to promote and market
- Develop and implement seasonal co-op plans with wholesale partners to strategically allocate marketing spend
- Collaborate with the content producer to create impactful content packages for stakeholders at least 8 times per year
- Work with the photographer to produce eCommerce photos, ensuring they meet specifications for wholesale partners, and resize as necessary
- Refresh the showroom for appointments, utilizing new content and branded elements to ensure a dynamic presentation
- Coordinate with the production team to track and manage samples for product launches and marketing initiatives
- Develop compelling product descriptions and creative copy to effectively highlight branding and key selling points
- Assist with various wholesale-related projects, such as creating custom riser displays, shop-in-shops, and GWP (gift-with-purchase) initiatives
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed, including handling data entry, preparing presentations/recaps, and assisting with ad hoc tasks across departments

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24/hr - $26/hr. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
