A growing event marketing and trade show company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is a full-time, in-office position with free onsite parking and direct reporting to company ownership, offering strong visibility and hands-on experience across marketing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track marketing and event projects from start to completion, ensuring timelines and details are maintained
- Communicate with customers and clients regarding project status, updates, and next steps
- Support the Graphics and Design team with coordination, file organization, and administrative tasks
- Assist with general marketing and office administration as needed, including data entry and documentation
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward in a deadline-driven environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, tools, and workflows
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional phone presence
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities at once
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed
- Previous experience in marketing, event planning, coordination, or administrative support is a plus
