The Role
We’re looking for an individual who is well-versed in digital marketing and ready to step into a sales role to lead client outreach and acquisition. This role focuses on selling digital marketing services to local and national businesses, with an emphasis on paid ads and smart follow-up systems.
This is a consultative role built around making real connections, not high-pressure tactics or unrealistic promises.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients (cold, warm, and inbound)
- Lead discovery calls and build relationships with business owners
- Present and close marketing service proposals
- Manage follow-ups and pipeline activity in a CRM
- Collaborate with our team for smooth client onboarding
Compensation & Benefits
- On-target earnings up to $75,000 (base + commission)
- Residual income as clients stay

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in selling digital marketing services preferred
- Other sales experience will be considered only if you have some knowledge of managing social media marketing.
- Comfortable with outreach, conversations, and follow-up
- Familiarity with Google Ads, social media marketing, or websites for SMBs
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, etc.)
