Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive specialized in Hospitality to drive our business growth and elevate our brand presence within the hospitality industry. Duties
- Generate new business through corporate, travel agent, and direct sales
- Promote hotel/services to increase room, event, and F&B sales
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contracts
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Plan and execute marketing promotions and campaigns
- Manage OTA listings, pricing support, and online promotions
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, or a related customer-facing role
- Prior experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or travel/tourism companies
- Proven experience in corporate sales, room sales, events.
- Knowledge of OTA platforms, CRM systems, and revenue management basics
- Experience in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and relationship management
- Strong understanding of hospitality market trends and customer service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
