BRAND ANALYST
We are SynergyLabs, a rapidly growing pet product manufacturer headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and are looking for a Brand Analyst with consumer goods experience to join our growing team. We manufacture in our owned facility in Hildebran, NC, including best-in-class grooming products, supplements, dental hygiene, shed control and much more.

The Role
SynergyLabs is hiring a Brand Analyst to strengthen how we launch and grow brands across DTC, marketplaces, retail, and paid media. You’ll connect consumer-driven signals (surveys, reviews, search behavior, panel data) with commercial performance to answer: What’s working, why, and what should we do next? This is a hands-on role for someone who turns data into clear direction fast.
What You’ll Do
- Support omni-channel launches by tracking early signals and diagnosing issues (availability, pricing/promo, messaging, ratings/reviews, velocity, traffic quality).
- Deliver weekly/monthly insights that drive action: what happened / why / what we’ll change across media, PDPs, merchandising, and lifecycle.
- Build and improve dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting consistency across channels.
- Support test-and-learn (creative, media, PDP, offers) and document learnings so wins are repeatable.
- Run consumer surveys (concept checks, message testing, post-purchase feedback) and translate results into measurable hypotheses and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3–6 years in marketing, ecommerce, analytics, consumer insights, or brand management
- Strong understanding of funnels and channel performance (traffic → PDP → conversion → repeat/velocity)
- Comfort with creating/reading dashboards and performance reporting
- Clear communicator who can synthesize data into decisions P
Preferred
- Nielsen experience (or other syndicated/panel sources) strongly preferred
- Experience designing and analyzing surveys (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, etc.)
- Marketplace/retail ecosystem familiarity (Amazon/Walmart/retail media)
- GA4; SQL a plus
